Digital camera with real time picture to a computer?
I need a digital camera to attach to a microscope that can then be plugged into a computer via USB to give real time imagery. Does such a feature exist? If so, what is the industry name for it, or what are some good cameras that have it?

Use the AV (Audio Video) lead that came with the camera and just plug it into a standard television, or buy a USB video converter for your computer (cheap) and plug it into that.
Anything that appears on the cameras rear screen is automatically copied to the AV output, but it is only low res.
Some cameras such as Pentax Remote Assistant which is a free program you can download which enables you to operate the camera from the computer via USB, but you actually have to take a picture for it to show up on the screen, and it only works with certain Pentax DSLR’s.
