How to deal with exhaustion in the first quarter, with two small?
I am in my first trimester of my third pregnancy. (about 10 weeks) I have a 2 1 / 2 years and 11 months old, and some days I can not see clearly. I know that within weeks it will get better, but any suggestions until then? One thing that helps is that I have in the same calendar afternoon nap, so I usually get at least a nap for about 3 hours in the afternoon. Today I received two hours. What is your definition of "clean enough"?
